If you want to return (a part of) your order through DHL, please put the unworn article in the original packaging. Please note: you can only return your order within 30 days after receiving the order.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges through the webshop are not possible. Would you prefer another size or color? We advise you to return your current order via DHL and place a new order yourself.
How can I return my order?
Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany can be returned free of charge.* Inside the shipping box, you'll find a return form detailing exactly how to return the item. Did you not receive a return form? Click here to open the return form, then right-click to save and print the form. Please note: Returns are only possible within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Your return will be processed and refunded within two weeks upon receipt. All orders outside the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium require you to provide your own return label.
- If you decide to return the order, please return the product(s) unworn and in their original package. Obviously, you try out the products for size.
- Circle the reason for returning the order on the order form.
- Pack the shoebox securely in a box and include the return form. Always check that the parcel is properly sealed. If the shoebox is used as a shipping box, we will deduct €2.50 from the amount to be refunded.
- Stick the enclosed return label on the box and deliver it to a DHL Parcel Shop.
Didn't receive a return label?
Please contact our customer service department. Please have your order number on hand. They will send you a label via email. - Print the label and stick it on the box before you take the package to a Parcel Shop. Otherwise you will have to pay for your return yourself.
- You only receive one return label per order. If you later decide that you want to return an additional item, you can send it back at your own expense to: Mexx Industries BV/Fresh BV, Nieuwhuisweg 20 DC3, 5804 AN Venray, the Netherlands.
- You will receive proof of return from DHL either at the servicepoint or via the email. Hold on to this until the return order has been completed. When you return the order in a store you will also receive proof of return.
* If you return a sale item during the sale period, we will charge €4.95. We want to make our customers more aware of their shopping behavior and the environmental impact of returns.
You will receive the amount paid in your bank account within 30 days after your return, provided that we received the return.
If paying by credit card, the amount will be credited to your credit card. If paying by PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. When paying by IDEAL the amount will be transferred to your bank account.
Do you have questions about your return? Mail to webshop@freddelabretoniere.com. Clearly state the order number or add a copy of the receipt. Do you have questions about the status of your return or refund? Always send the track & trace code of your return, otherwise your question can not be considered.
How to return with Fashioncheque?
If you have paid for your order in full or in part with a Fashioncheque, the corresponding amount will be refunded to that card. So, make sure to keep your Fashioncheque safe after placing your order. If you have paid with both a Fashioncheque and another payment method, the refundable amount will be distributed across all used payment methods.
